Goodell DeVries partners Jeff Hines, Sean Gugerty, and Carrie Williams will be among the speakers at The Trial Network’s Litigation Symposium, “Top Gun Litigation: Courtroom Mavericks.” The event will be held in San Diego from October 24 through 27, 2024.
Jeff Hines will lead a breakout discussion, also featuring Sean Gugerty, titled “A [Plaintiff’s] World of Pure Imagination.”
Carrie Williams will be a panelist on the session “Disarming Nuclear Verdicts in an Evolving Jury Pool.” She will also serve as the discussion leader for “Courage in the Courtroom: Overcoming Bias and Confronting Intimidation.”
