Janet skillfully dismantled the expert's opinions during his pretrial discovery deposition. Then she, together with Sean and Carrie, wrote an unbeatable Motion and Reply Memorandum. The Superior Court for the District of Columbia agreed with the hospital's position that the expert's opinions lacked a factual basis and reliable methodology. Without expert testimony, the plaintiff was not permitted to pursue his claim, and summary judgment was entered.
