Terri Goldberg is Counsel to Goodell DeVries. Her current practice is concentrated in civil defense litigation including asbestos products litigation and lead-based paint litigation. Terri has experience handling a range of litigation including general liability defense, federal statutory claims, Fair Credit Reporting Act claims, governmental entity representation, county health department claims, and airport management representation. Terri has handled complaints before the Insurance Administration and the Attorney Grievance Commission, as well as appeals before the state and federal appellate courts.
