Dani Hannan is an associate in the Appellate and Critical Motions practice at Goodell DeVries. He represents the firm's clients at all stages of the appellate process, from trial-court motions practice through briefing and oral argument on appeal.

A former prosecutor, Daniyal served as an Assistant State's Attorney for Frederick County, Maryland, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases.

Daniyal also brings extensive appellate experience. He served two years as a law clerk in the Maryland appellate courts at the Supreme Court of Maryland (J. Eaves) and the Appellate Court of Maryland (J. Ripken).
