On July 14, 2021, Constantine "Gus" J. Themelis and Justin E. Tepe prevailed at a temporary restraining order (TRO) hearing in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City defending a member of an LLC where the other two members attempted to obtain a TRO to enforce the roulette clause in the operating agreement. Gus and Justin crafted an argument that was so persuasive, the trial judge denied the request for a subsequent preliminary injunction hearing. This is a huge victory for our client that affords him all his rights as a member of the LLC.
