Goodell DeVries Partners to Speak at Trial Network Fall Litigation Symposium

Goodell DeVries partners Nikki Nesbitt and Marianne DePaulo Plant will be among the presenters at the Trial Network’s Fall Litigation Symposium.

Nikki, the firm’s Managing Partner, will lead the breakout session “Always Happy to Accommodate? Navigating New and Novel Employee Accommodation Requests.” She will also serve on the panel “It Ends With Us: When Crisis PR Is the Crisis.”

Marianne, Chair of Goodell DeVries’s Medical Malpractice Practice Group, will serve on the panel “Under Pressure: The Science Behind Better Trial Outcomes.”

The symposium will be held on November 5-8, 2026, at the Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad, California.
