Goodell DeVries has added three associates to its Medical Malpractice Practice Group. Christina Stringer, Brooke Kasoff, and Sabrina Tolbert recently joined the firm and support the team’s defense of the region’s leading healthcare institutions and providers in medical malpractice cases.
Sabrina Tolbert is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and will be admitted to the bar in November 2023. Before joining Goodell DeVries, she was a legal intern in the General Counsel’s Office of Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.; a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Daniel A. Friedman of the Appellate Court of Maryland; a research assistant in the Business Law Department at the Carey School of Law; and an intern with the office of U.S. Senator Timothy Kaine. While at the Carey School of Law, Sabrina served in the Mediation Clinic, where she mediated cases in the District Court of Maryland.
Marianne DePaulo Plant, Chair of the Medical Malpractice Practice Group, noted, “These three women add experience, depth, and enthusiasm to our group and are an excellent fit with the firm’s commitment to supporting the health systems and providers in our region.” Managing Partner Nichole Nesbitt added, “It is fantastic to see this level of talent and energy enter the firm at once – we are excited to bring them into the fold.”
