An associate at Goodell DeVries, Sean Harding focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, employment law issues, alternative dispute resolution, and business tort litigation.   

Sean is also experienced in insurance defense and coverage matters. He has represented insurers, policyholders, and insurance producers in court proceedings and in administrative actions before the Maryland Insurance Administration.   

Before entering private practice, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw Geter of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. He also served as Program Manager and Law & Policy Analyst at the Center for Health and Homeland Security.
