Long-term Care Litigation

Members of the firm have significant experience in the defense of long-term care facilities in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  We have represented both national chains, freestanding nursing homes, and post-acute care facilities affiliated with hospitals.  Members of the firm are called in at every stage of litigation and potential litigation, often being asked to intervene early in significant matters in order to investigate, assess and advise in such circumstances.

Partners of the firm have also lectured to nursing home staff on topics including advanced directives, documentation and other high risk litigation issues in long-term care litigation.
