Industrial Security Clearance Review (“ISCR”) Litigation involves the representation of clients in security clearance due process hearings before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals ("DOHA").  An employee’s ability to work with protected material is often the difference between maintaining a government contract and losing it to a competitor.  Counsel from Goodell, DeVries, Leech and Dann are available to consult with government contractors in the earliest stages of evaluating and selecting personnel who will be sponsored for security clearances in accordance with the guidelines promulgated by DoD Directive 5220.6.  Should a security clearance be denied or revoked, GDLD's former DOHA Department Counsel is available to represent that client and challenge the decision in due process litigation.
