The building’s main entrance is located at One South Street and is on
the left side of the street as you proceed south, toward Lombard Street. South Street is a
one-way street, located between Baltimore Street and Water Street. Before it crosses
Baltimore Street, South Street is called Guilford Avenue.
There is metered parking on both sides of South Street, directly in front
of the building. Metered parking can also be found on all of the adjoining streets.
The building’s garage entrance is located in the back of the building
(parallel to South Street), on Commerce Street. There are two ramps for the parking garage
– use the "up" ramp only.
Directions from 95 South or 95 North
Take the 395 Downtown exit – use the left two lanes on
395. Continue straight on 395 until you get to the 2nd traffic signal
(Convention Center will be on the right) and make a right turn onto Pratt Street.
Proceed east on Pratt Street through several traffic signals (passing Charles Street,
Light Street and Calvert Street – you will also pass the Inner Harbor pavilions on
your right). At the 7th traffic signal, make a left onto Commerce Street.
Proceed through the next traffic signal (Lombard Street) and past the next side street
(Water Street).
The building’s parking garage entrance will be on the left before you
get to Baltimore Street. Use the "up" ramp.
Directions from 83 South
Proceed to the end of 83 South. Pass Fayette and Baltimore
Streets. Make a right turn onto Lombard Street. Proceed west on Lombard Street
(passing the Community College of Baltimore and the Holocaust Memorial on the right). At
the first light past Gay Street, make a right turn onto Commerce Street.
Proceed past the next side street (Water Street).
The building’s parking garage entrance will be on the left before you
get to Baltimore Street. Use the "up" ramp.
Once Inside the Building
Take the garage elevators to the first floor, where the building
lobby is located. Proceed left out of the elevator doors to the security desk. The
security guard on duty will direct you to our floors.
Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP is located on the 19th,
20th and 21st floors. Main reception is on the 20th floor.
Street name changes
The front of the building is located on South Street and the back of the building (and parking garage entrance) is located on Commerce Street; however, please note that:
- North of Baltimore Street, Commerce Street is called Holiday Street.
- North of Baltimore Street, South Street is called Guilford Avenue.
