PROFILE
Mr. Wolf is an associate with the firm. His practice is concentrated on insurance coverage matters, general insurance defense and commercial litigation. Mr. Wolf handles cases before the United States District Courts for Maryland and the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland.
Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Wolf practiced in New York, handling third-party insurance defense cases and first party property and casualty as well as subrogation matters. In New York he conducted depositions and examinations under oath, drafted and argued motions and gained significant jury selection and trial experience.
In addition, Mr. Wolf has briefed and argued appeals to the First and Second Appellate Divisions of New York and has co-authored briefs to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
