Ms. Smith is an associate with the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on pharmaceutical, toxic tort, general products liability defense and general civil litigation. Ms. Smith returned to the firm in 2010 after four years serving as Corporate Counsel to Steelcase Inc., a global office environment manufacturer. As in-house counsel for Steelcase, Shayon focused on the management of disputes and legal claims as well as litigated, mediated and arbitrated matters, both domestically and internationally, involving the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
