Ms. Kremer is a partner with the firm. Her practice is concentrated on the representation of both individual and institutional health care providers. Ms. Kremer’s practice has been exclusively devoted to medical matters for more than ten years. Prior to joining Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP in 2006, Ms. Kremer practiced in Annapolis, Maryland concentrating on medical negligence and defense of physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and dentists before Maryland licensing agencies.
Ms. Kremer has participated in more than twenty-five medical malpractice jury trials in Maryland Circuit Courts including several as lead counsel. She has defended physicians, psychiatrists, and dentists before the Maryland Board of Physicians and Maryland Dental Board in multiple-day evidentiary hearings and related appeals. Ms. Kremer has also presented oral argument to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
