Mr. Coale is an associate with the firm. His practice concentrates on the representation of both individual and institutional health care providers in civil litigation. Before joining Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP, Mr. Coale worked as Department Counsel for the United States Department of Defense.
During his employment as Department Counsel with the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, Mr. Coale represented the United States Government in over 100 Industrial Security Clearance Review due process hearings and assisted the Office of General Counsel in Guantanamo Bay Detainee Habeas Corpus litigation. The unique skill set he acquired before joining the firm is now invaluable to his representation of government contractors whose security clearances have been denied or revoked.
