Craig Brodsky is a partner with the firm. His active trial practice concentrates on the representation of professionals in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Brodsky has represented attorneys, physicians, psychologists, health care organizations, nursing homes, group homes, developers, adoption agencies and real estate brokers. Mr. Brodsky has developed a concentration in defending Health Care Providers in birth trauma/cerebral palsy litigation. He also defends professionals in disciplinary actions, and has an active commercial litigation practice.
Mr. Brodsky frequently presents to Health Care Providers and Attorneys on current developments in the law and medical-legal issues.
Mr. Brodsky currently serves as Treasurer of the District of Columbia Defense Lawyers Association. Through his activities in DCDLA, Mr. Brodsky actively participates in conferences with the Judges of the Superior Court and members of the Plaintiff’s bar on cutting edge issues affecting litigators in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brodsky was employed by Eccelston & Wolf, P.C., concentrating his practice on the defense of attorneys.
